CHICAGO AT RAVINIA ON FATHER’S DAY

Well I won’t say much about the opening act as I think she put us all to sleep. Chicago was amazing. They played all their hits and were perfectly on key and everyone was singing along. They were so good if you closed your eyes it brought back memories of seeing them outside in the 70’s near LSD. I’m so glad I was able to see them. We are all getting older thankfully but to listen to them play they were so on point. Never missing a beat. Hopefully they’ll be back again soon.

Summers of ‘65 and ‘66 I saw The Fab Four at Shea Stadium in NY. 57 years later, summers of ‘22 and ‘23, it's Chicago at the MGM Grand just outside of DC. I enjoyed this more! I couldn't stop smiling! Was particularly knocked out by the brass!! When the concert was over, my husband only half-jokingly commented that it was hard to believe that so many white-haired people would be out so ‘late’ on a Tuesday night for a rock concert! Well, we would do it again! Thank you, Chicago! Awesome!!

Saw Chicago at the Oakdale Theater, CT five years ago and at Saratoga Springs, NY two years ago, and tonight in Springfield, MA. Wow!! The new lead singer is unbelievable and has a vocal range that is incredible. Close your eyes, and you would think you were back in the 70s listening to the original band. Then you add the fact that the three brass players are original members of the band and are still "rock stars". Thank you for giving the four of us a concert of a lifetime and playing every song we all wanted to hear. By the way, your encore, as you know, had everyone standing and dancing, and celebrating your beautiful concert. Can't wait for our next chance to share your music in a live venue. So proud of what you give to your fans.

CHICAGO BETTER THAN EVER NOW!

We had the thrill of seeing Chicago again at the Louisville Palace on May 24, 2024 and they are now better than ever! They sang all of our favorite songs and we all really had a blast listening to and watching them. This is the go-to place for a wonderful audience, environment and seating! Definitely take Mom and well-behaved kids!

Dissapointed with sound in Boston from Boston, Massachusetts

SOUND MIX NOT GOOD

Chicago is a great band, great showmen, and an unreal litany of hits. Sadly the sound mix at the Orpheum last night in Boston was not good. The first half of the show was really muddy. Couldn't clearly distinguish the vocals at all. It got better in the second half of the show - but could be better. I was excited to see them at the Orpheum because remember the acoustics being so good for other concerts at that venue. This was not the case with Chicago.

CHICAGO WITH BRIAN WILSON

So, I am young, under 30. My 4th time seeing Chicago live. They were excellent. Sounded as close to their album versions as they could have. The only thing that doesn't sit right with me...is Brian Wilson, their opener. He literally sat center stage, at a piano, looking...like a person with severe dementia. He looked like he had no clue where he was, and I didn't see him sing a single word, or even touch the piano in front of him. After research, I have learned he has severe schizophrenia, mostly from his LSD use. He should NOT be touring. I feel as though his good name is being exploited for profit. The person who sung all the Beach Boy hits was a light skinned african american man, in his 20s. If you can find any recent vids of concerts with Brian, please watch them. I would have rather seen Chicago with no opener, then what I saw on that stage last night. The man seems almost comatose. He needs to be relaxing somewhere, enjoying his wealth. Not being forced to perform.
