Suffs Is Set To Release A Broadway Cast Album!

The Sound Of Suffragists In The Air!

After its triumphant Broadway debut on April 18 at the Music Box Theatre, Suffs, the story of a fight for women's rights that continues to this day, is set to release its cast album via Atlantic Records on June 14. The highly anticipated album, available for pre-order and pre-save, is a soundtrack to the Women's Suffrage movement's triumphs and setbacks, one that we will never forget!

About Suffs & The Suffs Album

Penned by Shaina Taub, who also stars in the production as Alice Paul, Suffs delves into the years preceding the 19th Amendment, shedding light on the pivotal moments of the Suffrage movement. Originally showcased in a sold-out run at the Public Theater in 2022, the Broadway premiere is produced by Jill Furman and Rachel Sussman, with notable figures such as Hillary Clinton and Malala Yousafzai joining as co-producers.

Taub leads a stellar cast, including Tony winner Nikki M. James as Ida B. Wells, Tony nominee Jenn Colella as Carrie Chapman Catt, and Grace McLean as President Woodrow Wilson. The ensemble also features talented performers such as Hannah Cruz, Kim Blanck, and Anastacia McCleskey, among others, many of whom reprised their roles from the Off-Broadway production.

Expressing her excitement, Taub shared, "To get to make one of my own [cast albums] with this miraculous cast and orchestra is beyond my wildest childhood dreams."
