Heading to Broadway this fall.
A massive congratulations to the London production of The Ferryman which swept up three of the biggest awards at last nights Olivier Awards (April 8). At the biggest night for London theater, the play which is written by Jezz Butterworth and directed by Sam Mendes picked up the awards for Best New Play and Best Director, with Irish actress Laura Donelly picking up the award for Best Actress for her role within the production.
The Ferryman are bringing their award-winning magic to Broadway this fall, as they set up shop at the Bernard B Jacobs Theater from October 2. Olivier winner Sam Mendes will return to direct this Broadway transfer.
