Florence and the Machine are back with a brand new album

The British chart-toppers' shows have become notorious for singer Florence's eye-boggling outfits and incredible vocals. Debut album 'Lungs' went straight to number one in the UK and it's hard not to sing along to their Kate Bush-esque pop-rock. On the eve of their third studio album 'How Big, How Blue, How Beautiful', the band is gearing up for a busy year, including a Summer of US festival dates. Catch them at Radio City Music Hall in New York, NY, showing for one date only on 8 May 2012!

The band is the recording name of singer/songwriter Florence Welch and a collaboration of other artists who provide backing music for her; Florence Welch is the band's only constant member. An art-college dropout from Camberwell, London, she was discovered singing Motown covers in a nightclub toilet, drunk. Musically Florence and the Machine's sound is generally referred to as soul inspired indie rock.
