Access Into Theater:
The Helen Hayes Theater is not completely wheelchair accessible. There are steps into the theater from the sidewalk, but a wheelchair ramp is provided. Please be advised that where there are steps either into or within the theater, we are unable to provide assistance.

Orchestra Location:
Wheelchair seating is located in the Orchestra only.
Mezzanine Location:
Located up 2 flights of stairs (40 steps). Please Note: On the Mezzanine level, there are approximately two steps up/down per row. Entrance to Mezzanine is behind row L (13th row).

Pay Phone
Located in the Box Office entry way. It is wheelchair accessible.
Restroom
There is one ladies room which is wheelchair accessible, located on the Orchestra level with no steps. This restroom is also available for men in wheelchairs. The men's restroom is located in the lower lounge, down 2 flights of steps.
Water Fountain
Located down 1 flight of steps on the landing before the lower lounge.
