In the choreographer's naturalistic and messy world, humans are crude, naive, joyous, sexual and violent, in equal doses. It's part-Pieter Bruegel, part-Henri Rousseau and, at its most edgy, part-Quentin Tarantino.

Based on the classic fairytale, Snow White, don't miss France's leading contemporary Ballet Preljocal on stage. Featuring massive sets, 26 dancers and Preljocaj's signature choreography, this version of Snow White leans more towards the original Grimm Brothers tale than it does the family friendly Disney version, and is definitely not a ballet for young children.

Poignant, dark and with an almost erotic impulse that permeates the choreography as well as the set and costume design, this Snow White is a bold and unforgettable modern vision of the age-old fable.
