Legendary Smiths frontman, Morrissey has announced a short string of tour datesBuy Tickets
Following the Smiths demise, Morrissey worked on several solo albums, courted controversy with an infamous 1992 appearance wrapped in a Union Jack flag and remained a highly influentual figure in music. His last album was the critically acclaimed Years of Refusal (2009), but since then he's been relatively quiet. The release of his autobiography last year seems to have spurred him on though and a new record, the very-Morrissey sounding World Peace is None of Your Business, is just around the corner.
Morrissey inspires a devotion in his fans like no other, a commitment he repays in kind up on stage. He may be settling into his middle-aged pomp, but the shirt is more than likely to come off. While this will be the perfect opportunity to road test his newer material, older solo work and some classics from The Smiths catalogue are sure to make an appearance.
