Beacon Theater : 28th February

Comedy Central's Night of Too Many Stars returns to New York's Beacon Theatre this February. This biennial telethon raises money for autism programs and always features an incredible bill of the day's biggest stand-up comedians. 2015's proceedings will be hosted by Jon Stewart, and includes appearances from Steve Carrell, Sarah Silverman, Louis CK, Bill Burr, Jon Hamm and Amy Shumer. Town Hall Theater : 28th February

Demetri Martin is an Emmy Award-nominated and Perrier comedy award-winning comedian, actor, artist, musician, writer, and humorist. Martin is best known for his work as a stand-up/prop comedian and as a regular contributor on Comedy Central's The Daily Show With Jon Stewart. His chilled and laid back approach allows for more cerebral jokes, as opposed to the machine-gun style repertory of his contemporaries. More info

Apollo Theater : Closes 24th June 2015

Amateur Night At The Apollo has been a key feature in the local music scene since 1934 when it launched, and has been the stepping stone in the career of many world-class musicians and entertainers, including Lauryn Hill and Stevie Wonder. The audience has the responsibility of cheering loudly for those they like, and booing those they deem less adept off the stage. More info
