Be transported to 1920s England with this Noel Coward classic!

Why See Hay Fever?

Plays

Ah Choo!

Marking her New York directorial debut, Meg Lennon helms the Stag & Lion Theatre Company's presentation of Noel Coward's deliciously witty comedy this February. Set at an English country house during the summer of 1923, we follow the bohemian and utterly self-absorbed Bliss family as they discover each has invited a guest to stay for the weekend, without bothering to tell the others! A classically exuberant Cowardian comedy, expect laughs plenty in this exciting new staging from the company!

Established in 2012, Stag & Lion Theatre Company have a special mission - to bring back the classic theatre experience, as expressed by Manager and Producer Josh Koehn: "Our stage is wooden, our amber lights make it glow, and you will be transported back in time to a theatre experience like no other. Laugh at our clowns, get angry at our villains, sigh with our lovers, cry at misfortunes and applaud happy endings."
