Dear Evan Hansen the musical debuted on Broadway in 2016 to much success, and even gained the Tony award for Best Musical. Now, this amazing story will be made into a novel with a tour full of discussions and live musical performances from the team behind the musical to celebrate.
The story follows protagonist Evan Hansen as anxiety and loneliness causes him to lie his way into living with the Murphy family, by pretending that he is best friends with their son, Connor. The lie soon gets out of control and leads to Evan questioning everything about his life in this coming-of-age story.
The tour will make stops in Ann Arbor, Chicago, Seattle, San Francisco Washington, D.C., Philadelphia, Cincinnati, Denver, and Los Angeles.
