WEST END OR BROADWAY -- MATILDA DELIVERS!
My husband and I saw Matilda in London a year ago and just last evening we took the kids to see it at the Shubert (in previews). Funny, poignant, scary...great songs and choreography and special effects top notch.

last minute got me a ticket to opening night...oh my Lord, Finally Broadway got wise and imported a gem of a show... She's mad, she's mischievous, she's marvelous... A cast, a story and music that spikes ...Can't wait to see it Again...will be spreading the word for sure... What direction from Matthew W....wow...he did it with Le Bête , and now he's wowing us with Matilda... SCHUBERT THEATER EXPERIENCE
We visited the Shubert Theater this afternoon to see Matilda. The show was amazing! Very talented cast! But what most impressed me was the care of one of the Shubert staff. When my elderly parents needed to use the restroom, she led the way stopping traffic to the handicapped accessible facility across the way. I wish I had gotten the name of this caring. woman. She made my parents feel totally comfortable and not burdensome at all. This capped off a thoroughly enjoyable visit. Thank you for your kindness!
