WOW - BROADWAY BOUND!

Fun - quirky, relatable to everyone. Found out that show was based on real people and their stories! Watched the documentary - which we purchased at theater and realized why the people on stage felt sooo real and why their stories hit home! The music was really good too! I found myself wanting to get up and dance myself. To anyone who enjoys people and their stories - the play is a slice of life that we can all enjoy!

DELIGHTFUL SURPRISE!

This was my first time at the Papermill Playhouse in over 20 years or more! I am so pleased Half Time was my re-introduction. Quite honestly, I didn't have too much hope for it but I was pleasantly surprised. From the first number I was drawn into the story. I can't say enough about the joy I got from witnessing this performance. I saw a negative review and could not understand what play this person could have seen. All of the cast displayed great ability. The comedic puns were on point, the dancing was great and the voices of "Bea" (Lillias White) and "Tara" (Haven Burton) especially, were phenomenal! I am in complete awe of "Dottie" (Georgia Engel) performance and was so happy to see her after last seeing her in MTM show! Don't miss this! I could see this an on Broadway performance.

BROADWAY make room for HALF TIME. I cannot wait until it comes so I can go see this show again. What a wonderfully joyous show. It takes you through all emotions, and that is attributed to the writing. the music. the dancing and acting of an incredible cast. Let me mention the seniors in this cast - Georgia Engle, Andre De Shields, Lillias White, Donna McKechnie, and Nancy Ticotin, all Tony nominees and winners. The younger cast members equally talented. You will not regret seeing this show. You will leave the theater inspired.

Audience members familiar with the leads - Georgia Engel, Andre DeShields, Lillias White and Donna Meckenie- bring an energy to the crowd that lasts all night long. Pure charm and charisma with a plot of empowerment make HALF TIME a must see before a hopeful Broadway run. Each performer gets their time to shine. The musical numbers are fantastic, modern and full of surprises. Ms. Engel and Mr. DeShields share their gifts and we are only too happy to receive them... 100% Fresh Recommendation

AGE IS JUST A NUMBER

"Age Is Just A Number" is certainly proven in this delightful show about never acting your age. I loved it!! The cast is wonderful, music terrific, and the positive message it brings to it's audience rings true. I would highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to spend a couple of hours just feeling good. This is a show for all ages, and I would love to see it on Broadway.

HALF TIME IS BIG TIME

A funny show with some older Broadway Stars lights up the night at the Paper Mill. This feel good comedy/musical does not have a score that you will remember and hum but it has enough energy and high points to make a nice run on the Great White Way. A five star evening with a very good cast.
