As a love story that captures hearts of everyone, I Do! I Do! Centers on one romantic couple through fifty years of bickering, fighting for, and loving each other. With music by Tom Jones and Harvey Schmidt, this emotional story of true love and marriage will leave audiences heart warmed.
Following couple Michael and Agnes as they plan on spending the rest of their lives together, the musical invites audiences into their lives as they navigate their marriage and a midlife crisis. The musical takes place from 1895 to 1945, and is based on the 1951 play The Fourposter, written by Jan de Hartog.
The story sees the twosome go through the birth of their child, Michael's adultery, the couple's daughter's wedding, and their plans to pass over their home to newlyweds as they grow old together.
