Gotham Sings! Sees Skilled Choirs Given the Opportunity to Perform at The Iconic Carnegie Hall
Another year, another thrilling showcase from extremely talented college choral programs across America. The annual event aims to celebrate and give performance opportunities to exceptional choirs, orchestras, bands and music programs. Each music group will perform a 35-minute solo showcase under their own conductor's direction.
The performances are part of a series that intends on showcasing the country's most impressive college musical groups and give them the tremendous opportunity of performing in well renowned New York venues, including the Isaac Stern Auditorium at Carnegie Hall.
Last year's event included a performance from award winning choir, the University of Louisville Cardinal Singers, a group that was founded in 1970 and have since become well known for their talent, winning numerous awards and performing worldwide.
