Why See Tom Jones?

The One and Only

The pride of Wales, Tom Jones has been performing for over 50 years, with a staggering back catalogue of classic hits to his name. From his early hits like 'Delilah' and 'It's Not Unusual' through his pop resurgence of the 1980s with his cover of Prince's 'Kiss', Jones has never been afraid to reinvent himself.

In recent years, he's returned to his musical roots with a trilogy of personal records. Much in the style of Cash's American Recordings, Jones' Praise and Blame, Spirit in the Room and Long Lost Suitcase are stripped down, atmospheric affairs, collections of old soul and blues classics that put Jones weathered vocals front and center. They've signalled a whole new chapter in his career, and reminded everyone what a phenomenal singer he is. Catch Tom when he plays in , ,
