TOO HEAVY FOR YOUR POCKET IS WEIGHTY PERFECTION
So well-suited for our time, this play and its four person cast bring to vivid life the 1960s characters in the Black Box's intimate setting. It's hard to imagine a talented ensemble more equally matched than these two male, two female players. If there is a stand-out, and this is a close call, that would be Brandon Gill, whose performance is transcendent. We found the experience of seeing this new play to be the embodiment of the great night out at the theater one hopes for but finds all too seldom. As very frequent theatre-goers we give this our highest recommendation.
