TRULY LIFE-CHANGING
At my age, I expect to be beyond the reach of drama. But Shadowlands shattered my calm. After a life-time of studying C.S. Lewis and his legacy, I am astounded by this play. Max McClean has outdone his significant corpus of work. Shadowlands is the most compelling work I have ever seen on Broadway, or anywhere else. And, I write after a life of teaching in Europe, China, and the United States. Well done to the cast, directors, and writers of Shadowlands. You challenged my mind, and you touched my heart more deeply than I could have imagined.
