January 26 marks the 30th anniversary of Andrew Lloyd Webbers' Broadway smash hit, Phantom of the Opera - an exceptional feat achieved by no other Broadway show. However, the anniversary will be celebrated two days early on January 24.

Stage star and platinum-selling Swedish recording artist, Peter Jöback will be returning to the musical to lead the 30th anniversary. Jöback will star as the Phantom beginning January 14, succeeding Laird Mackintosh who's limited run of three weeks will come to an end. Mackintosh succeeded James Barbour who played the role of the Phantom since February 2015.
