The off-Broadway run of The Other Josh Cohen has announced that the production will now play an extended run through to April 28, instead of the previously scheduled February 24.
The musical, which opened back in October at the Westside Theatre, is written and subsequently stars David Rossmer and Steve Rossen, the cast also features Kate Wetherhead, Hannah Elles, Elizabeth Nestlerode, Luke Darnell, and Louis Tucci.
What is The Other Josh Cohen about?
Returning to Off-Broadway, The Other Josh Cohen begins with the titular character coming home to his apartment to discover he's been robbed. All the thieves have left behind is a Neil Diamond CD (possibly not by accident). Fortunately, the audience knows that Josh's luck will take a turn for the better, because his future self tells us so. Just how his fortunes change is revealed over the next 90 minutes of wisecracks, heartfelt drama and Neil Diamond-aping musical numbers.
The Other Josh Cohen is now playing at the Westside Theater through to April 28.
