Congratulations are in order for The Band's Visit as they celebrated their 100th performance on Broadway this week.
After winning the off-Broadway Best Musical award back in 2016, the production officially transferred to Broadway on November 9, 2017, with their 100th performance taking place on February 6, 2018.
Based on the 2007 film by Eran Kolirin the musical, which follows an Egyptian Police Band as they become stranded in a rural village in the Israeli desert, has taken Broadway by storm and is set to release their official soundtrack on February 23.
