On Tuesday, October 13 Kelli O'Hara returns to the role of Ensign Nellie Forbush in Lincoln Center Theater's Tony Award winning production of Rodgers & Hammerstein's SOUTH PACIFIC, directed by Bartlett Sher, at the Vivian Beaumont Theater.
Three time Tony nominee Kelli O'Hara, who originated the role in the production, has been on maternity leave since she leaving the show last March and giving birth to a son in late June.
During her absence Laura Osnes who most recently starred on Broadway as Sandy in the revival of Grease has played the part. (Laura Osnes' last performance will be Sunday, October 4; Laura Marie Duncan will play Nellie during the week of Oct. 5.)
