With warmth and wit, the husband-and-wife duo reveal the extraordinary expression of a much-maligned instrument
The Guardian, UKBuy Tickets
Banjo-strumming husband and wife duo Fleck and Washburn are on the road, taking their eclectic mix of bluegrass and folk music to their fans. They've released to collaborative records, and have formed a formidable double act which keeps getting better with every performance.
Combining Washburn's fortuitous talent with Appalachian murder ballads and even Chinese music on her clawhammer banjo with Fleck's 15 multi-category Grammy wins under his belt - more than any other artist today - it is a wonder why this ridiculously talented couple haven't joined forces before! A must-see, must-hear experience for jazz, folk and bluegrass fans everywhere.
Opening night: 11 November 2017
Booking through until: 11 November 2017
