Accessible Seating
Accessible seating for the disabled can be purchased through ticketmaster or the Coliseum Box Office. Please note that all accessible seating will be available for sale through ticketmaster beginning with the first day of public sale. 

Alcohol Policy
Coliseum guests are encouraged to drink responsibly. Guests must be 21 years of age or older to purchase and drink alcohol. Proper identification is necessary to purchase any alcoholic beverage. There is a limit of two beers sold per guest. Coliseum management reserves the right to reduce the purchase limit and discontinue sales at any time. Alcohol can not be transported into or out of the Coliseum. Guests will not be permitted to enter the Coliseum if they appear intoxicated. The consumption of alcohol is prohibited in the parking lots. Drunk and disorderly behavior, or violation of any alcohol policy will result in ejection and/or expulsion from any and all upcoming Nassau Coliseum events. 

Automated Teller Machines
There are two ATM locations in the Coliseum. One is located to the right of the escalators in the Box Office Lobby and the other is across from Gate 10 on the Concourse. 

Age policy
Children that have not yet celebrated their 2nd birthday do not require a ticket to enter the Coliseum for most events. The child must sit on an adult’s lap during the event without obstructing the view of any other guests. For further information regarding age policy for specific events please call 516-794-9303. 

Baby changing stations
Baby changing stations are located in various restrooms for your convenience. 

Cameras/Videos/Audio equip
Single-frame and flash photography are allowed for most events. Neither lighting nor camera support pods are permitted to be used by guests at the Coliseum. Hand-held video cameras and audio equipment are prohibited. For event specific information you can reach a Coliseum representative at 516-794-9303. 

Cellular phones
The use of cell phones is prohibited in the main box office area. Cell phones are permitted everywhere else, as long as they don’t interfere with other guests or the show. 

Cancellation/postponement
For information regarding event cancellations and postponements refer to your point of purchase as well as checking local newspaper, television, and radio outlets. For additional questions call 516-794-9303 to reach a Coliseum representative. 

Drop off policy
Admission into parking lots is not allowed for drop off. Guests will be instructed to the designated drop off area at the Earle Ovington Boulevard entrance. 

Elevators
Elevators in the Nassau Coliseum are used only to reach the Executive Suite and Press Level. Elevator 1 is located between Gates 1 and 20 on the main concourse. Elevator 2 is located between Gates 15 and 16 to the main concourse. 

Entrances/Gates
Primary event entrances into the Coliseum are at Gates: 9, 12 & 16. 

Escalators
Escalators are located in the middle of the Box Office Lobby and go down to the VIP Lounge, VIP Room, Blue Line Bar & Grill, Expo Center, Food Concessions, Restrooms, and Arena access to:
• Sections: 101, 118-124, 118x, 123x, 124x, 201, 219-226, 226x. 
• Promenade Sections: 219, 220, 223, 224, 225, 228.
• Executive Club Section: 227. 

Exit/Re-entry
Guests are not allowed to leave the Coliseum and return on the same ticket. Re-admittance to the Coliseum will only be allowed in the case of an emergency. Those needing to exit the Coliseum for this purpose must proceed to the Newsday.com guest service booth located to the right of the escalators in the Box Office Lobby for consideration. Guests will only be allowed to return into the Coliseum through this entrance with their ticket that has been signed by an authorized coliseum employee. 

First Aid
The First Aid Station is located at Gate 5 where appropriate medical attention will be given when a situation arises. There are emergency medical technicians present during all Coliseum events. 

Guest Services
The Newsday.com Guest Services Booth is located on the main concourse level between Gates 9 & 10 in the Box Office Lobby. This area is staffed with knowledgeable guest service representatives who will be able to assist you with questions and concerns as well as dispense literature pertaining to upcoming events. 

Islanders/Dragons/customer questions/service

Lost & Found
Lost & Found is located in the Security office at Gate 5. To inquire about a lost item please call: 516-794-9303 Ext. 131. 

Lost Children
If you notice a lost child or your child is lost please contact a Security Guard, Usher or a Coliseum employee immediately for assistance. 

Lost ticket policy
In the case of a lost ticket please refer back to your point of purchase for further assistance. 

Parking
Parking fees are $6.75* for cars and $14.00* for buses.
*Prices subject to change. 

Parent Room
For certain teen events/concerts, a Parent Room will be available. For event specific information please call 516-794-9303 or ask a Guest Services Representative upon entry into the Coliseum. 

Prohibited Items
Commercial food and beverage, large oversized bags or backpacks, strollers, weapons or projectiles, video cameras and laser pointers are not allowed in the Coliseum. Please note that Security has the right to search all bags and persons upon entry. 

Public telephones
Public telephones are located in the Box Office Lobby, the Lower Lobby and on the main concourse. 

Refunds/exchanges
There are no refunds or exchanges unless otherwise noted (i.e.: event cancellation.) Contact your point of purchase for further information. NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES 

Restrooms
There are public restrooms conveniently located throughout the Coliseum concourse and in the lower lobby. The restrooms at the Coliseum have been designed to accommodate our guests with disabilities. Additional restrooms have been added outside the Coliseum at Gates 1 and 16. 

Security
SMG wants to ensure guests have a safe and enjoyable experience at the Nassau Coliseum. Security representatives will be positioned throughout the Coliseum as well as walking the concourse. The Main Security Desk is located at Gate 5. Should you require assistance, please contact the nearest Security Guard or Coliseum representative. 

Smoking Policy
Federal laws prohibit smoking throughout the Coliseum. Violators will be ejected from the Coliseum immediately. For your convenience, smoking areas are set up outside the Coliseum at Gates 1 and 16 for all events.
