Assistive Listening Devices
Assistive Listening Devices (ALD’s) are available for hearing impaired patrons for events in the Arena and the Theater. The devices are those which operate on the FM system. In the Theater, visit the Event Manager’s office to arrange for the use of our ALD’s. In the Arena, you may collect your ALD outside Gate 65. You will be required to leave a driver’s license or credit card and, upon return of the device in the same condition, your collateral will be returned.   There is no charge for this service.

Please note that this device will work only with MSG produced events. For outside rentals, such as with most concerts, the ALD will work only if the renter’s sound company has a compatible soundboard. Please call the Disabled Services department at 212-465-6034 any weekday between 9:30am- 4:30pm to confirm if the ALD is available for a particular event.

ATM's
There is one ATM inside our Box Office lobby next to Window #2 as well as several more once inside the Arena, on each level throughout the concourses. There are also 2 ATMs on the Third Floor Club Terrace at the top of each escalator.

Baby change stations can be found in the following men’s restrooms:
Gate(s) 54, 61, 63, 67, 71, 76; on the 8th floor near the Tower A and Tower C elevator; and behind section 420 on the 9th floor.

Binoculars
You are more than welcome to bring a pair of binoculars with you to The Garden to enhance your overall experience. For most concerts in the Arena, you are able to rent binoculars as well.

Bottles and Containers
Outside food and beverages are not permitted in MSG at any time.

Cameras
Video cameras, digital cameras, and cameras with telephoto or zoom lenses are not permitted inside MSG at any time. This policy will be strictly enforced. For Knicks, Rangers, and Liberty games only, you may bring in a disposable or 35mm (with no zoom or telephoto lens) camera.

Children
For most events, all children who have reached their second birthday require a ticket to gain admittance to Madison Square Garden. Any child who has yet to reach their second birthday does not require a ticket, however, they may not occupy their own seat and must sit on a parent's or guardian's lap. Please note, that for certain children’s events (such as the Wiggles and Sesame Street Live!), all children who have reached their first birthday require a ticket. Please check the event profile for your specific event for more information prior to your purchase of tickets. For any questions, you may contact Guest Relations at 212-465-6225, any weekday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Coat Check
MSG does not provide an area to check coats or any other personal belongings. We are not responsible for any property that is lost, stolen, or damaged.

Code of Conduct
We ask all guests to be respectful of others around them. Any guest who interferes with the enjoyment of another individual during an event is subject to ejection from the building.  During performances we ask all guests to remain seated for the duration of the performance. Depending on the demographics of other events (such as sporting events and concerts), standing may be accepted as normal protocol. Guests are permitted to stand if the majority of the audience is doing the same. Some entertainers will instruct the MSG staff not to ask anyone to sit down during their performance. Standing on seats or any other building structure is not permitted and may result in ejection from the event.

Whistle Policy
As a courtesy to your fellow ticketholders, we ask that you do not walk around in the seating area until there is a stoppage in play (during sporting events). The black line in the gate designates the area that we ask you to stand behind, so that you do not block the view of those ticketholders who are seated. We thank you for complying with this.

For safety and as a courtesy to other ticketholders, please do not sit or stand in the aisles. Aisles should be kept clear at all times.

Concessions
Aside from the traditional fare of hamburgers and Hebrew National hot dogs, we also offer MSG favorites such as pizza, fresh cut French fries, Ranch 1, Blimpie’s Subs, and Starbucks. Food Courts are located at Gates 61, 65, and between Gates 71-72 and Gates 76-77. You may use your American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diner’s Club, and Discover Card at these food courts.
