The fantastically elaborate set evokes with gratifying exactitude the eerie parallel universe of the Addams family!

We saw this last night (March 8th) what a show. Nathan Lane is fantastic as Gomez. Seeing Bebe Neuwirth in her Morticia outfit is worth the price of two tickets alone but besides being beautiful she sings and dances like you could never imagine Lilith could ever do. The rest of the cast did a fine job as well and the set is amazing. The story idea was good but a bit odd but it is the Addams Family and they make a good fit. This is a must see as long as Bebe Neuwirth and Nathan Lane remain the lead actors.

Uncle Fester, Wednesday, Pugsley , Grandmama and Lurch all had actors who played them very strongly and where a good fit bringing the Addams Family together. Thing and Cousin It also made appearances.

You can't pass this one up! I don't have the luxury to go to many Broadway shows but I am so glad I got to see this musical. A modern twist to a blast from the past. The characters are entertaining, engaging, and amazing in their portrayals. At numerous times throughout the performance, the audience broke into thunderous applaus. Prior to the play, I couldn't see Nathan Lane as Gomez but he was awesome. Grandmama was hysterical! Throughout the day I recalled some of her wisecracks and laughed out loud! I have to say, all the characters were talented, strong and brought their own uniqueness to the stage. The special effects and stage designs were impressive. You can easily see the stage from any of the seats in the theater. A play for everyone. Great family event, date night, girls night out, you'll have a blast.

The Definition Of Entertainment,

My wife and I were privileged enough to be at the Thursday March 11th performance. As a late bloomer to the theatre scene, of course one of my necessary quests is to see Nathan Lane in ANYTHING, but to have him star in the cast of my favorite boyhood TV show was overwhelming. The entire cast was brilliant, the songs ripe and humorous. And BeBe as Morticia rekindled those old feelings I once had for Carolyn Jones..she is a show stealer. I must also add that the audience was a major part of the excitement. It was the best audience I have ever been in-everyone shared it all together. The chemistry of the actors feeding off the crowd and the crowd digging the play was wonderful. There was a standing ovation for them at the end. Sure it was a compliment, but it just seemed necessary as repayment for the enjoyment they had just provided.

Went to see “The Addams Family” on 31 August. Just loved it!

We have been to lots of London West End shows and this is up there with the best.

Addams Family Cast is OUTSTANDING,

The cast's performance is flawless and the first act was award winning. The second act lacks the punch of the first. Overall, a very entertaining evening under the lights of Broadway.
