Critically acclaimed physical theatre virtuoso James Thierre brings his fifth production as a director to the U.S this fall, the 'choreodrama' Tabac Rouge. Concerning the lives of the citizens of a steampunk dystopia and the rule of their tyrannical, self obsessed King, this dark but playful piece has the dancers stunning with twists and turns, creating an evening of thrilling entertainment, culminating in a rather mad finale.
