Winner of two 2014 Tony Awards - Best Original Score and Best Orchestrations

Why See The Bridges of Madison County?

The Bridges of Madison County is a brand new musical from Tony Award-winning composer Jason Robert Brown which was nominated for four 2014 Tony Awards, and won two. The production and creative team includes direction by Bartlett Sher (Golden Boy and South Pacific) and a book by Tony and Pulitzer Prize winner Marsha Norman.

The production is based on Robert James Waller's acclaimed romance novel - a touching story about a brief, four-day love affair between a National Geographic photographer and an Italian-American housewife in 1965 Iowa.

Four-time Tony Award nominee Kelli O'Hara will star as Francesca alongside Steven Pasquale, a role she has received a 2014 Tony Award nomination for in the category "Best Performance by an Actress in a Leading Role in a Musical".
