Why See A Behanding in Spokane?

Take a man searching for his missing hand, two con artists out to make a few hundred bucks, and an overly curious hotel clerk, and the rest is up for grabs.

This is Martin McDonagh's first American-set play -  the outrageously funny A BEHANDING IN SPOKANE.

Carmichael (Christopher Walken) has been searching for his missing left hand for over a quarter of a century. Enter two bickering lovebirds (Anthony Mackie and Zoe Kazan) with a hand to sell, and a hotel clerk (Sam Rockwell) with an aversion to gunfire, and we're set for a hilarious rollercoaster of love, hate, desperation and hope.

The all-star cast is directed by John Crowley, who received a Tony Award® nomination for his work on Martin McDonagh's recent Broadway hit, The Pillowman.

Martin McDonagh's plays include The Beauty Queen of Leenane, The Lonesome West, The Pillowman and The Lieutenant of Inishmore on Broadway, all of which received Tony Award nominations, and The Cripple of Inishmaan Off-Broadway. He garnered an Academy Award® for Best Short Film for Six Shooter as wel
