The Isaac Stern Auditorium is the main location inside Carnegie Hall, with a seating capacity of 2,804. The venue is named after the violinist Isaac Stern after his actions to save the hall from being demolised in the 1960s. The auditorium hosts many different concerts, recitals and other events, and is a popular location due to its outstanding acoustics.

A special charity gala concert sponsored by Revlon and The Rainforest Fund, proceeds will go to supporting communities of indigenous peoples throughout the world's rainforests as their environment dwindles due to deforestation and climate change.
