Kenny Rogers

December 15, 2016

He saw the bulk of his solo, commercial and critical success in the late 70s and 80s, beginning with the release, in 1977, of "Lucille". Prior to that Rogers was frontman for a successful country-rock group The First Edition, with whom he had the hits "Just Dropped in (to See What Condition my Condition Was In)" and "Ruby, Don't Take Your Love to Town". Rogers' smooth personal style (well manicured greying beard, salt and pepper hair and slick suits) and raw, achingly emotive voice proved perfect for romantic ballads and 'storytelling' songs.

December 18, 2016

Penny pinching and bad tempered old miser Ebenezer Scrooge is taken on the adventure of his life and on a quest for his very soul, spanning his past to his present and beyond, in order to learn that the value of gold will never equal that of genuine love for his fellow man. Experience this classic Dickens tale, complete with new songs and dialogue that only emphasize why we still love to hear it time and time again.
