Ohh What A Night!!, Oct 17, 2006 |
| reviewer: Melody Hernandez from Corpus Christi, TX |
| My husband and I saw Jersey Boys and we loved it!! It has been the best show we have ever seen (and we have seen alot). Every single cast member did a wonderful job!! NO DISAPPOINTMENTS!! I so love this show, I listen to the soundtrack every morning while I'm getting dressed for work and picture myself sitting there watching. This has been the best thing we have ever done in NYC. I LOVE, LOVE JERSEY BOYS, and I have told and still telling friends and family that this is a MUST SEE!! __________________ |

| Last April 4th, I went to see the play in New York City with my wife, eventhough she was not able to understand everything in the dialogues, she enjoyed the music and the performance of those extraordinary actors as well as I did.It was like a journey back to youth. I strongly recomend this play, it is worth what you pay! |

Standing Ovations!, Jun 27, 2007 |
| reviewer: Carmen Cuevas from Houston, TX |
| This show is unbelievable! Didn't understand hype at first. Narratives don't usually work, nor do rock concerts. Couldn't have been more wrong! This show's about a different time, when a handshake closed deals. Rags to riches story comes naturally. We've all seen bigger names & shows from Broadway to the West End. But to us baby-boomers, we embraced that simpler era. Fortyplus years of memories rushed back. Your blue-collar neighborhood, your pals, your music, that boy or girl who broke your heart. Or better yet, you're there together! Above expectations met, even after waiting three hours in the cancellation line and all getting house seats for $120 each! Total strangers, now lifelong friends. Cast graciously sign autographs at stage door. Be patient, especially for John Lloyd Young who has to cool his voice down after his incredible transformation. But they're ALL great, from the extras to the horn section to Hoff and others. DON'T wait for the touring companies. See this show now! __________________ |

The Crowd Goes Wild, Jun 27, 2007 |

| Jersey Boys is a wonderful and exciting show full of laughs, cries, and songs. This is a must see for any Frankie Valli fan. I have seen the show 5 times and will be back for some more. The cast and crew is incredibly gracious and kind. The stage door is the place to be after the show. The actors will sign autographs and take pictures (after you seen the show, you will definitely want pictures with the 'Boys'). I have sat in all sections of the theatre and each section has its pros and cons. For example, first row: pros-see the actors facial expressions, get winks and smiles from the Boys during the show, have a 'first row experience'. cons-little leg room, have to tilt head upwards (as the stage is much higher than the seats). Mezz: pros-see the entire stage, good sound. cons-can't see the facial expressions of the actors well. Overall a 5 star show. If you can't get tickets consider standing room and cancellation line. It is more than worth it. |

Ohh What A Night!!!!, Jan 30, 2008 |

| I took my family to see this show… to look down the row and see my dad smiling ear to ear singing as proudly as he could made my day. This show is outstanding and makes me proud to have grown up in and around the area where history created itself. Our family grew up with Frankie Valli he used to sing on my Aunts porch back in the day, in my heart I’m from that era being brought up listening to their music. The performers did an awesome job, they references made to the area were right on however my dad caught a few that they changed the name maybe for sponsorship reasons who know’s it really didn’t make a difference I’d still see the show again.. |
