| Even though I live in Los Angeles, when Wicked played here, I thought, "What's the big hipe?" It was here and then left. Well then, I heard great reviews from those who DID see it and I just had to find out for myself. So going in New York for the very first time, I got tickets to see the musical there. I was very pleased with myself for doing so. The cast and the music was spectacular. The climatic performance for me was the song, "Defying Gravity" before the intermission. It should of recieved more Tonys!!! |

| As an avid theater buff I expected more. The singing was great and there was a lot of talent on stage but the choreograpy was lacking. The scenes and costumes were wonderful but after reading the book the plays storyline left much to be desired. |

| My granddaughter and I returned to New York to experience New York at Christmas and for the second time saw Wicked. There is not one reason NOT to enjoy this wonderful production. The artists are incredibly talented and the set design creative. The ensemble cast could sing lead anywhere. The songs still make me cry they are so beautiful. Job well done from all points. |
