So this was basically the greatest play in the entire world. And not just becasue all of the history boys are gorgeous, which they are. But because the writing and the plotlines push the envolope, and are making American playwrites step up to the plate and be better. BRAVO HISTORY BOYS BRAVO!

This play is amazing! I loved it. Smart, funny, well-acted, beautifully done... it was simply FANTASTIC!

There is a painting of a young girl in the classroom set. It looks like a Rembrandt. Does anybody know what painting that is and who the artist is?

i would say that History Boys is about the best play I've seen on Broadway in the past few years as a regular theatergoer. The boys are oustanding and the actors playing the teachers are each gloriously eccentric and wonderful. Go if you have a chance

What a fantastic show! Went to see History Boys on May 12th and found it completely captivating. Francis de la Tour was tremendous with a very well played role - loved it.
