Summary - We loved it
Review - I saw the show in London. I had read the review calling it a "darker version". I have seen that same phrase repeated in US papers. While it is not as cheery as the Disney movie, it is a great British nanny story. The children are a bit bratty, Mrs. Banks is a real person with feelings and they explain how Mr. Banks got to be a bit distant from the children. The magic is in the show, just keep an open mind and don't expect what you saw in the movie. You will love it.
