Summary - You have to go see WISHFUL DRINKING
Review - WISHFUL DRINKING is one of the funniest shows to hit Broadway in ages. Well, maybe not as far back (forward?) as STAR WARS, but you get the idea. Carrie Fisher is brilliant, both in her writing and her performance. In addition to laughing until your teeth fall out, you'll learn about the time Carrie was a shampoo bottle and a blow-up doll, you'll find out about the complicated marital musical chairs called Hollywood Couples and get some insight into Tinseltown mother-daughter relationships, going back to Debbie Reynolds and her mom, then Carrie and her daughter. You'll also learn about her hot-cold marriage with Paul Simon and the songs he wrote about her, and not while he was still in love.
