Town Hall Theater : 3rd February

Based upon a tale in The Book of Daniel, Susanna is the story of a woman accused of un-virtuous acts by two spurned lecherous elders whose lies catch up with them when cross examined by the young prophet. Premiering in London in 1749, Handel's lively operatic adaptation is the perfect fare for a company as talented and eclectic as The Collegiate Chorale. More info

Isaac Stern Auditorium : 11th February

Philadelphia Orchestra's conductor-in-residence Cristian Macelaru joins The Danish Symphony Orchestra for this short tour of North America. Playing a program of three pieces from Sibelius and Danish great Carl Nielsen, the Orchestra will also be joined by lead violinist Sophie Anne-Mutter in New York, while Ray Chen will play all other dates. The New York Pops 2014/2015 Season boasts their greatest line-up ever. It's a series of concerts which includes everything from The Fab Four to some festive sing a-longs, to the tunes of Old Blue Eyes. New York's favourite orchestra will be joined throughout the season by a starry roster of guest performers, including Glee's Matthew Morrison and Broadway phenomenon Sutton Foster. More info
